A classic Bordeaux-like blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Drinking very well right now, after 5 years in bottle. Showing notes of ripe-but-balanced dark fruit, earth, bell pepper and pencil shavings. Good acidity and moderate alcohol levels make this a perfect food-styled wine.
