One of the oldest viticultural areas of France, vines in the Roussillon were originally cultivated by the Romans. This is a custom cuvee for Eric Solomon. Old vine Grenache and Carignan make up the blend. Deep, dark purple in color. Spicy, earthy and peppery. Plush on the palate with excellent depth and a lengthy finish.
