| The delightful village of Saint-Romain is steeped in the viticulture history of the Côte d'Or. The Dukes of Burgundy purchased vineyards there in AD 1300. The Buisson family has lived and tended vines there since the 12th century. Henri and Margueritte Buisson acquired full ownership of the domain in 1950s.
