Roncevie is completely surrounded by vineyards that are classified as Gevrey-Chambertin. This wine drinks far above any “basic” Bourgogne. Candied cherries and wildflowers are expressed on the nose; lush tannins and ripe, stunningly juicy fruit flow all along the sensual finish.
