This is the single-vineyard bottlling, Clos de Chaudenay, 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. The wine is fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, seeing no malolactic fermentation. It retains a freshness and vibrancy beneath plenty of bright, ripe fruit. Crisp and clean and loaded with minerals.
