Of the entire Crochet holdings only six hectares are planted to Pinot Noir. Located in large part in the “Clos du Roy” and the “Cote de Bue.” The Pinot is used to produce two different cuvees of Sancerre Rouge. This is a special bottle of wine, filled with bright aromas and a deep fruit and spice, likely produced by the fantastic 2005 vintage.
