Fenouillet is situated in the village of Beaumes de Venise in the heart of the southern Cotes du Rhone. The grapes used are usually a combination of Grenache, Syrah, old-vine Mourvedre and Cinsault. Everything is hand-harvested and aged for two years before being bottled, unfiltered. Tastes like it should cost more!
