Limoux is a southern French location near Carcassonne. Cremant de Limoux is their term for sparkling wine from this region. This is a fantastic ‘Blanc de Blanc’ sparkler that drinks like a nice Champagne. It is crisp and fresh and finishes with a pure yeast-like toast. For under $14 no one at the party will be disappointed.
