Chateauneuf-like quality from the Languedoc. Made from 70% Syrah and 20% Grenache and some Cargignan, this is a serious wine. It is full-bodied, spicy and rich while feeling very silky. Though priced a little bit more than an every day wine it tastes like twice the price. The grapes work very hard to ripen and it shows.
