Luigi Ferrando has long been the leading winemaker of the Canavese where his family's winemaking tradition goes back to 1900. The noble Carema bottling is 100% Nebbiolo. The Etichetta Bianca (white label) is aged for a minimum of four years, of which at least two are spent in barrel in a combination of large and small.
