Grignolino is the grape. Think of it as a cross between Dolcetto and Gamay (like in Beaujolais). Light in color and translucent. On the nose, hints of red fruit and evergreen. On the palate, juicy sour cherries and spice and a easy finish. It is meant to enjoy young and it can take a littlle chill, if you like.
