Germano’s Barbera d’Alba is a full-bodied but silky textured vinous offering. It is perfect for casual drinking but also offers plenty intense fruit for the serious wine lover. There is an attractive plumpness in its ripe red fruit and the balance is impeccable. It is thirty dollars well spent.
