Greenish straw. Racy citrus and green apple on the nose, with a kiss of white pepper. The vivid lemon zest and apple flavors are firm and dry, finishing with good focus and lift. Excellent value here. Made with Airen, indigenous to Spain, that could be described as Verdejo-like.
